Ken Lee

Ken Lee, the founder Art of Seeing Photography Adventures is as passionate about helping others grow as photographers as he is about creating his own images. Ken’s Whole Brain approach to teaching photography addresses both the Craft (gear, technique, post-processing) and Creative (Composition & the Photographer’s Eye) aspects of image-making – and the completely different approaches needed to master both. Randall Ball

Randall is an award-winning photographer based in Houston, TX who specializes in capturing stunning environmental portraits of wildlife. His journey in photography began as a combat photographer in the Marine Corps. Later, he pursued a formal education at the renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. Randall's commercial work has been featured in worldwide in advertising campaigns and major magazines. In addition to his photography, Randall is passionate about teaching. As an Adjunct Faculty Photography Instructor, he has conducted organized classroom study and in-the-field workshops domestically and abroad. In 2021, he began leading workshops for Art of Seeing Photography Adventures and continues to lead many of our Photography Adventures. Click here to see a selection of Randall’s images.

Lyle Krannichfeld

Lyle's life revolves around exploring the natural, beautiful, and wild parts of our world with a particular passion for the connection to the animals who share it with us. He is very fortunate to live on Maui, spending free days on his boat freediving, scuba diving, and fishing. A full-time landscape, wildlife and underwater photographer, Lyle also owns Pueo Gallery on Maui and is an F-stop gear ambassador. His images have been published by Ocean Geographic, BBC Wildlife, Patagonia and others. Lyle's relationship with the outdoors evolved to include a passion for sharing it with others as a photography workshop leader. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned photography veteran, you'll find Lyle's instructional style approachable and easy to understand. Harsh Agarwal

Harsh Agarwal is an award-winning professional photographer based in Agra, India. A self-described hodophile, a lover of travel, his passion for exploration, discovery, and image-making has taken him to all corners of his home country and lands beyond including Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Harsh’s photographs have been published widely in magazines, and newspapers throughout India and Southeast Asia as well as in numerous exhibitions. Harsh often travels with his wife, Arti, a travel industry professional, and aspiring photographer, leading photography and travel tours. Click here for examples of Harsh’s inspiring images.

Leighton Lum

Hawaii native Leighton Lum’s jaw-dropping images simply speak for themselves. Led by his creative eye and passion for adventure, Leighton has traveled the globe to destinations like Africa, South America, Iceland, Indonesia, and Antarctica, leading photography workshops and making his own award-winning photographs. Leighton hopes his photography inspires others and raises awareness about conservation to ensure future generations can enjoy the natural world he cherishes. Buren Foster

Buren “Burnie” Foster has been working as a photographer and photogrpahy instructor for over 25 years. His commercial work focuses on portrait, wedding, and sports photography. Driven by a passion for sharing his knowledge and inspiring others, Buren is also a faculty-certified photography instructor and has had the privilege of teaching aspiring photographers in the U.S. and abroad. Stephanie Hogue

Texas native Stephanie Hogue moved to southern California to pursuing her passion for photography at the highly regarded Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. 


She eventually settled in Ventura, California and began a very successful wedding and portrait business, earning the respect and admiration of clients including the Hollywood elite, and presidential and senatorial candidates. Her work has been published in publications including Time magazine, People, InStyle and Modern Bride and many others.

In 2012, Stephanie achieved a lifelong dream by founding Latitudes Fine Art Gallery in Ventura. Latitudes showcases her work and longtime friend, renowned marine and wildlife photographer Steve Munch. She went on a second Latitudes Fine Art Gallery on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Since then she has published four coffee table books of photographic art and both galleries are still running strong.
